After experiencing severe burn-out during a career change, I felt conventional therapy was lacking. Through this, I found a purpose and ultimately a new career.
I developed a holistic approach that simultaneously targets the mind, body, energy, and emotions for profound self-insight.

How To Deal With Burnout
Step 1 - Know Yourself
Everyone feels lost and/ or without purpose in their life at times. Often this is because they have ignored certain areas that are fundamental to human existence. If you feel you lack purpose, I have 2 questions I would like you to ask yourself, write them down and be specific/ detailed.
What don’t you want your life to look like? (Anti Vision)
If you had unlimited money, what would you be doing? (Vision)
Step 2 - Balance Your Time
Everyone knows that too much of anything can be harmful. There are two sides to recovery, while you need rest, you also need to be active, physically with your body but also mentally. I know what you're thinking… you already know this but you still can’t form new habits.
Try this instead.
Pick a hobby or habit you would like to have, maybe reading or running.
The rest of this week you're going to run for 5 minutes a day every day.
The week after you're going to increase the time you spend on the habit, and so on and so on.
For added value why not journal about your habit formation? Writing works wonders.
Step 3 - Find & Communicate Your Boundaries

While I can never say for sure the treatment I offer will work for you, I have never had a client who didnt see an impact.

I have noticed most clients make a lot of progress around 6 sessions and by taking the boundary training.
So I have created a discounted 6-session pack for 995. When you need more we can add on additional sessions.
The boundary training is 2 days for 595.
